After a walkthrough. Square footage matters, but so do restroom counts, floor types, glass, and visit frequency — so we look at the building and give you one flat monthly price in writing. No per-visit surprises.
No. The initial term is 90 days — enough time for us to prove the standard — then the agreement runs month-to-month with 30 days' notice either way. Prices adjust at most once a year, with 30 days' notice, capped at 4%.
Insured, bonded local cleaning crews we contract and manage. Every crew's insurance certificate is verified before their first assignment, and the same crew lead runs your building so they learn it. Certificates are available to you at signing.
After every visit, the crew uploads a photo checklist of your building — entry, work areas, restrooms, floors, trash, secured doors. You also get a one-page report each month summarizing visits and anything flagged.
Tell us within one business day and it's re-cleaned within 24 hours at no charge. If a crew fails repeatedly, we replace the crew within 48 hours — you never wait on our staffing problems, and a gap visit is credited on your next invoice.
Crews bring their own equipment and standard supplies. If your facility prefers to supply restroom consumables or specific products, we record that in your scope at the walkthrough.
